Losing Her

Source
Have you ever felt that sensation running down your body, which makes you feel naked instead of donning the best dress from your wardrobe? I have felt it. The feeling was triggered by losing something. At first I took it as something not of importance but as they say “You come to know the value of something after losing it”. Same was the case with me, I lost her and now I long for her.

It was a fine morning. Nature was playing its music and vehicles’ honking at a distance seemed like a melody. I was lying on my bed awake and caressing her texture. I did not wanted to get up, everything seemed just perfect about the moment. I looked at my cell phone’s screen and got out of the comfort of my bed with haste. I was running late and got ready in quick time and then as I picked my cell phone, I got agitated. I was early. There I sat again on my bed caressing her and looking into the mirror and that is when the crazy idea struck me. I got rid of her and all little bits of her were flushed down the gutter.

I looked in mirror and that is when I realized, what I have done. I felt as if I have lost my identity. I was ready to go to office but felt as if nothing covered my skin. I felt that bare naked just like the bare naked truth of she not being with me anymore.

I promised to myself that this time I will not lose her. She will be with me again. Now I have brought her back and she is with me again. She spends all her time with me and I know she would never leave me. I love it when I look into the mirror and see her there in the reflection. Beard becomes a man's unique identity in the world of monotonicity and losing her nothing short of losing the clothes.

Custard- My Perfect Dessert

Food is one of those things that keeps me driving. Right now I am working in IT Company in Pune, far away from my home and I miss the delicacies that used to satiate my taste buds when I used to be home. As I never did much of cooking, I missed the dishes that my mom used to cook for me. One such dish that I used to miss a lot was fruit custard. Last time when I was home my mom made that for me. I helped her while she was cooking and she taught me how I can prepare it. When I came back to Pune, I tried to recreate the dish that mom made for me. I recreated the dish and instead of sugar I used Sugarfree Natura for that.

The recipe for my favorite dish goes like that.
Ingredients:
1 Liter Milk
5-6 Table spoon custard powder
3-4 Cardamom
9-10 pills for SugarFree Natura or as per your taste
You can add fruits as per your taste, I added Pomegranate, banana, apple and strawberries
You can also add dry fruits if you want to like cashew, pistachio, almond etcetera

Method:
Take a pan and pour milk in it
Bring the milk to boil
While milk is getting heated up, take custard powder in a pot and add some milk, stir it well so as not to form lumps
Now put the mixture obtained in above step in boiling milk and stir it well, so the mixture gets properly mixed in the boiling milk
Now let the mixture boil for 10 minutes and then add sugar free pellets in it
Stir well to mix the pellets and boil the mixture for another 15 minutes
Turn off your gas and let the custard cool at room temperature
After that keep it into the refrigerator to chill

Serving:
Mix cardamom and dry fruits into the custard
Cut fruits in small pieces
Keep fruits in bowl and add custard
You can also add dry fruits and fruits for garnishing
Viola mouthwatering custard is ready to satiate your taste buds.

I know there are many for whom cooking to close to next nightmare but such an easy recipe is something you can try. I have now made it a couple of times and it has become my specialty. There are few more dishes that I can serve with these fine dessert but recipe to those some other day. Just try out this simple recipe and enjoy the sweet taste of fruit custard. Going to surprise my mom with my fruit custard now.

Chaotic Peace

When you ask someone where they love to drive, one of the most answers that you get is about the place which has broad roads or scenic beauty. It is more or less related to pleasure for eyes and ease of driving. Even I like riding/driving on broad deserted roads where there is plenty of picturesque stuff to look at but if you would ask me which city I love drive in then it would be my city Indore.

People often say that if you can drive in Rajwada then you can drive anywhere and even I agree to that. When you drive through the city, you would only see chaos. People are busy, traffic is jam packed, vehicles breathing down each other’s neck, continuous honking and all that happening at the same time. Just five minutes in traffic can easily stress you out but traffic is the beauty of driving in Indore. All the things happening are in perfect harmony. Whether it is rumbling of engines or honking of cars, they seem to create a music of their own. You would see a cart puller trying to make his way to the other side of the road while a cyclist trying to spear head through the traffic. You just have to come out of the traffic and look at it with a different perspective. So much happening and so many lives getting connected to each other at that very moment. You can see many lives playing right in front of you.

It is just not traffic that Indore roads offer you. There are some great broad roads where you can have fun driving your car in peace. MR10 will serve as the best place for that. You can also steer towards Agra-Bombay road, if you like driving on national highways. People in Indore are also helpful. And if you want to do a little networking then you can easily find individuals ready to discuss about anything under the sun. One thing that every Indore dweller has is opinion and they will not hesitate in sharing that with you. They love to talk and same is applicable to listening. You can connect with individuals in an instant. If you are talking about Indore then how can you not talk about its awesome tasting food? If you are among those who love to eat, then you would find an instant connect with Indore and people of Indore.
Indore might appear as a city full of chaos but the way Indore carries that chaos elegantly is because of its fine design and its impeccable infrastructure. Ring road around Indore binds the whole city and its residents into one entity and if you are in Indore then it will embrace you and bind you in itself. Indore is in Madhya Pradesh or in central zone, which makes it easy for people from different zones to visit her. Public transport is also quite good and has real good connectivity to other states too. Visit Indore once to taste its awesome food and to taste its awesome spirit.
